Presbyter & Pastor Leigh Piatt-Gonzalez
Mario & Leigh González are Senior Pastors of Hope Center Tabernacle where they have faithfully served for 25 years. Hope Center Tabernacle was selected by the Assemblies of God as one of 14 Transformational Churches in the country. Mario and Leigh are church planters, experienced in church revitalization. Mario obtained his doctorate in law from Yeshiva University, Cardozo Law School and is a practicing attorney, licensed to practice law in N.Y. and N.J. Leigh is an accomplished pianist and clarinetist. She is the C.E.O. of Hope Center Arts, a world-renowned and critically acclaimed Arts Ministry Team.Mario and Leigh are also nationally appointed home missionaries for the Assemblies of God.
Dr. Joseph Santos,
Asst. Presbyter & Pastor Maria Santos
Dr. Joseph and Maria Santos are the Senior Pastors of Gospel Tabernacle, a thriving Church in North Bergen, New Jersey which they have pastored for over 21 years. He has served as Assistant Presbyter for many years. Joe is an avid motorcyclist and Harley Davidson aficionado and has a black belt in martial arts, running his own community based dojo as a young man in order to minister to at-risk youth in the Bronx. Pastor Joe is also a veteran with extensive medical training which he used while serving our country.
Rev. Tanya Munyan,
Secretary/Treasurer & Pastor Earl Munyan
Graduates of the University of Valley Forge, Earl and Tanya Munyan have been the pastors of Central Assembly of God in Newark, New Jersey since January of 2012. Although Earl and Tanya have been partners in all areas of ministry, Tanya has served primarily in youth ministry as a mentor and youth pastor. Tanya has also been in Christian education as a teacher, principal, and preschool director for 26 years and more recently took a position in the public sector as an Early Head Start center director. She has her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.
